We’re so excited to announce that we now teach our postnatal yoga classes at Leela Yoga in Grünerløkka. Every Monday at 10.30 we meet on the mat, with the mamas and the babies, to move our bodies, rest, and connect with the little ones. Are you joining our next barselyoga course in Oslo?
Leela Yoga is a special place: a beautiful boutique studio run by Tonje and Ingrid, and a home for us for years as we love to practice here ourselves. When we met Tonje recently in a cafe in Grünerløkka to talk about yoga, pregnancy and motherhood, and how we can work together, everything aligned so beautifully.
Only a few weeks after that first coffee, we started our mother baby yoga classes, and the first course round was fully booked in an instant. The next round start on October 12th, and we’d love to have you!
What we do in postnatal yoga (barselyoga in Norwegian)
With a strong focus on navigating the postpartum journey, reconnecting with your body, and connecting with your little one, these classes are open for mothers and their babies (from 6 weeks). Claudia uses the tools of yoga to help you come home in your new mama body, softening the body parts that do all the hard work during the day and night, and finding new ways to rest.
These yoga classes are always focused around a specific theme and include yoga postures, breathing exercises, and short meditations. Everything is allowed: coming late, changing diapers, feeding your baby – everything.

The next 6-week course round starts on October 12th. The classes are 60-minutes long, and there’s always space for a chat before and after class. You can sign up here.
