HypnoBirthing with Theresa & Alyssa

HypnoBirthing with Theresa & Alyssa

In this 75-minute session, you’ll learn about all things HypnoBirthing with Theresa Harmanen and Alyssa Quartulli. Together, they talk about what HypnoBirthing is and how to use the tools to have a beautiful, empowered birth.

Theresa is the co-founder of Sanga Yoga and our main prenatal teacher. She is passionate about pregnancy, birth, and everything motherhood, and has a special interest in the effects of anxiety and stress. Theresa’s teachings are infused with her own experience with using Hypnobirthing during the birth of her daughter.

Alyssa is HypnoBirthing educator and elementary school teacher. She practiced HypnoBirthing while pregnant with her son. This helped her better understand the birth process and how our bodies are designed perfectly to give birth, and ultimately feel a sense of confidence and calm. Alyssa had an empowering, euphoric, and pain-free birth experience which was completely life-changing. She is passionate about spreading positive birth messaging and teaching others the powerful tools of HypnoBirthing.

We’re so excited Alyssa is offering a 20% discount for everyone who books a HypnoBirthing session or package with her. Contact her through alyssa@yourhypnobirth.no and mention the Sanga Yoga for IMPACT project. Follow her on Instagram at @yourhypnobirth.

Exercise Postpartum with Mona V. Elsness

Exercise Postpartum with Mona V. Elsness

Claudia and Mona dive into exercise postpartum, and flow through questions like “when can I start exercising after birth?” “How do I start?” “When can I start running?” and so much more. Claudia also asks Mona about pelvic floor health and separated muscles of the core, and they weave their own journeys into the conversation, too.

Mona is an osteopath, physical therapist and kundalini yoga teacher specializing in women’s health. She’s also a part of the podcast Engler og Hormoner. Mona is passionate about patient-centered multidisciplinary women’s health, and founded Kvinnehelsesenteret at Klinikk for Alle in Oslo in 2015. Her core value is to make information and treatment options within the field of women’s health accessible to women of all ages and cultural background. She believes that through your breath and awareness you can empower all women to connect to their own bodies, and make choices about the actions that affect your own health. ⠀

Yoga Nidra for Returning to Joy

Yoga Nidra for Returning to Joy

Yoga Nidra is that practice that gives you what you need; no matter what you bring to the practice. Every emotion, every feeling, is welcome here. This specific Nidra focuses on returning to that child-like state of pure joy. We use a magical journey through the body at the early stage of this Nidra, and go deeper, deeper and deeper, and end with a very accessible visualization.

Tired Mama Flow with Claudia

Join Claudia for a 60-minute yoga practice designed for mothers. Using the tools of movement, breath and rest, we support our tired mama bodies and minds to help us feel grounded, supported and at home in ourselves.

Claudia takes you on feminine flow style practice that is open for every mother who’s at least 4 months postpartum. The practice starts slow to help you ground,  then builds up pace and energy, and ends with a long relaxation.

Claudia is the co-founder of Sanga Yoga, and specializes in yoga for postpartum, fertility, and yoga nidra.
