Theresa is the co-founder of Sanga Yoga and our main prenatal teacher. She is passionate about pregnancy, birth, and everything motherhood, and has a special interest in the effects of anxiety and stress. Theresa’s teachings are infused with her own experience with using Hypnobirthing during the birth of her daughter.
Alyssa is HypnoBirthing educator and elementary school teacher. She practiced HypnoBirthing while pregnant with her son. This helped her better understand the birth process and how our bodies are designed perfectly to give birth, and ultimately feel a sense of confidence and calm. Alyssa had an empowering, euphoric, and pain-free birth experience which was completely life-changing. She is passionate about spreading positive birth messaging and teaching others the powerful tools of HypnoBirthing.
We’re so excited Alyssa is offering a 20% discount for everyone who books a HypnoBirthing session or package with her. Contact her through alyssa@yourhypnobirth.no and mention the Sanga Yoga for IMPACT project. Follow her on Instagram at @yourhypnobirth.

Join Claudia for a 60-minute yoga practice designed for mothers. Using the tools of movement, breath and rest, we support our tired mama bodies and minds to help us feel grounded, supported and at home in ourselves.
Claudia takes you on feminine flow style practice that is open for every mother who’s at least 4 months postpartum. The practice starts slow to help you ground, then builds up pace and energy, and ends with a long relaxation.
Claudia is the co-founder of Sanga Yoga, and specializes in yoga for postpartum, fertility, and yoga nidra.
In this joyful kids yoga session, Kristin takes the children on an adventure through yoga postures and storytelling. The class is perfect for kids aged 2-5 years, but older kids (and parents!) can definitely join too.
Kristin is part of the Sanga Yoga team and teaches kids yoga and postnatal yoga for us. She also specializes in yoga for seniors and believes that everyone can practice yoga. She has a beautiful energy and we love practicing with her (and our kids do, too!).
