The Sacred Space is where your home practice starts. Filled with yoga postures (asana), meditations, breathing sessions (pranayama) and self-inquiry exercises, we give you the tools and practices to start and maintain a solid and fun yoga practice at home and on the road. Access to the space also gives you discounts on our yoga courses and workshops, and connects you to other women in a safe and supported environment.

We provide you with four different practices each month, including background information about each pose or session (including benefits, contra indications, and why we practice this), images and videos, and worksheets to inspire and support your own home practice.
2. Discounts on our yoga courses and workshops.
Being a member of the Sanga Sacred Space gives you 5% discount on our yoga courses and workshops.
3. Access to a sacred, safe community for women.
We’ve set up a private community group for all members of the Sanga Sacred Space. This is where we support you in your home practice, where we encourage you to come back to your practice, and where we dive a little deeper into the practice.
