Our Feminine Morning Flow class is a 45-minute early morning class, so it’s a perfect start of your day before you head to work. These classes are open to all women, and they’re drop in based.
If you haven’t practiced yoga before, we recommend women to wait with practicing prenatal yoga until they are in their second trimester. You continue as long as you want, even until the day of meeting your baby. You don’t need any previous yoga experience.
These 75-minute classes are always focused around a specific theme and include yoga postures, breathing exercises, and short meditations. Everything is allowed: changing diapers, feeding babies, coming late: everything. We often end the class with baby massage techniques and there is always room for sharing and support.
No matter if you’re new to yoga or if you have a regular yoga practice already, this course will bring you joy and laughter, an improved connection with your body, and a new perspective to life.
The monthly deepenings are for all women in all stages of life, and are both for those of you who are just starting on the path of yoga and women with more yoga experience.

Theresa teaches private yoga classes in Oslo and surroundings. The private classes always start with a first assessment talk, followed by a yoga session, with the option for follow-up sessions.
