Latest update: 21st of Sep 2020
Please take a moment to read through our updated Terms & Conditions at Sanga Yoga. The main updates are:
- Sanga Yoga reserves the right to move any currently running or planned studio class or course to online, in the case of events that are outside of our control (such as, but not limited to: transportation strikes, pandemics, severe weather, sick teacher).
- In the case of no show or a cancellation to a private yoga class or group class within less than 24 hour of the actual class, we have added some details to our policy. The class will not be re-scheduled in the case of a no show. If a student contacts us and wishes to take the class at a later time, the student must book and pay for a new class if the cancellation or no show happens within less than 24 hours prior to the class.

Punch cards can only be used for group classes at Sanga Yoga. Gift cards can be used for all classes, workshops and deepenings.
Punch cards and gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Teacher change & cancelled classes / courses
Sanga Yoga reserves the right to change the teacher of a course or class without prior notice. This might be due to the main teacher being sick or unable to attend the course or class in question. We will however always make it a priority to try to inform the students in beforehand, if possible.
Individual/private classes might be cancelled if we are not able to find a substitute teacher on time. This also applies to classes within a course. We will however always notify any affected students before the class through the channels we have available. Affected students will always get either a gift card for the value of the cancelled class, or a chance to join a equivalent class on a later occasion. If there is no equivalent class available, you will automatically be given the gift card.
In the case of events that are out of our control, and that are affecting our teachers ability to teach a class/course/workshop or other offering, OR affecting any practical or logistical part of how and if we can offer the class or course, Sanga Yoga reserves the right to redeem the students with other offerings that we find suitable. Examples of events might be, but are not limited to: transportation strikes, pandemics and other outbreaks, severe weather, sick teachers, construction, shut downs, curfew, government imposed restrictions of any kind. We reserve the right to choose if we: cancel and offer a refund, cancel and offer a voucher/gift card, OR move it to a live or recorded online setting, OR move it to another day and time.
If a course/class/workshop or other offering does not have enough sign-ups before the starting date, we reserve the right to cancel.
